jilliz implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:
Data Breach Response: In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to the rights and freedoms of affected data subjects, jilliz will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players promptly, as required by the DPA and NPC Circular No. 16-03.

Request a copy of the personal data jilliz holds about you, including information on how it is processed and with whom it has been shared.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You may update most registration details directly from your jilliz account settings.
Request deletion of personal data that is no longer necessary, where processing was based on withdrawn consent, or where processing was unlawful. Subject to legal retention obligations (see Section 9).
Object to processing based on legitimate interest grounds, including direct marketing. Objection to marketing will be honored immediately upon receipt.
Request that jilliz restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested.
Request a copy of data you have provided to jilliz in a structured, machine-readable format, where technically feasible.
If you believe jilliz has violated your data privacy rights, you may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
Where jilliz makes automated decisions with significant effects on you (e.g., account suspension), you have the right to request human review of the decision.
jilliz will respond to all data subject requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, as required by the DPA. We may request proof of identity before processing a request to prevent unauthorized access to another person's data.
The jilliz Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 21 years of age. jilliz does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If jilliz discovers that an account has been created by or for a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended and all associated personal data will be deleted or retained only to the extent required by applicable law to record the violation. Parents or guardians who believe their child has registered on jilliz should contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] immediately.
jilliz's KYC verification process — which requires submission of a Philippine government-issued photo ID — is specifically designed to prevent underage registration. The platform does not permit any account access, including browse-only access to real-money game content, without verified age confirmation.
13.1 With your consent given during registration or at any subsequent time, jilliz may send you marketing communications about jilliz promotions, new games, bonuses, and platform updates via email, SMS, in-app notifications, and Messenger or Viber messaging.

14.1 jilliz may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.
14.2 Where a material change is made to this Privacy Policy, jilliz will notify registered players by email and/or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect, where practically possible.

Sensitive data at rest — including your identity documents and financial records — is encrypted using AES-256, the same standard used by Philippine government agencies. Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS) at all times.
jilliz never sells, rents, or trades your personal data. Data sharing is strictly limited to service providers necessary for platform operation — game providers, payment processors, and KYC verifiers — all under strict contractual controls.
