Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jilliz ("jilliz," "Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilliz online gaming platform available at jilliz.club, including all associated mobile applications, software, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the jilliz Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2.1  By creating an account on jilliz, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, the jilliz Privacy Policy, and the jilliz Responsible Gaming Policy, and you agree to be bound by all of them.

2.2  These Terms are available at all times on the jilliz website at jilliz.club/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3  jilliz reserves the right to require you to affirmatively re-accept these Terms at any time through an in-platform prompt. Failure to accept updated Terms may result in restricted access to your Account.

3.1  To be eligible to register and use the jilliz Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR and Philippine gaming regulations;
• You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person or entity;
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under the laws of any jurisdiction applicable to you;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jilliz or any of its gaming provider partners;
• You have not previously had a jilliz Account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms;
• You are not enrolled in or subject to any self-exclusion program on the jilliz Platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

3.2  jilliz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where the Player cannot prove they are aged 21 or above will be immediately suspended, and all funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

3.3  By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 3.

4.1  To access real-money gaming features on jilliz, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

4.2  One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) jilliz Account. The operation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances in accordance with anti-fraud procedures.

4.3  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify jilliz immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. jilliz shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.4  KYC Verification. jilliz is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before enabling full Account functionality. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (UMID, Passport, or Driver's License) and may require proof of address. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jilliz may have withdrawal access restricted.

4.5  Account Non-Transferability. Your jilliz Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any other person to use your Account. Violation of this provision will result in immediate Account suspension.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to a jilliz Account must be made using payment methods approved and listed by jilliz, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. jilliz reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the jilliz Platform and may vary by payment method.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification;
• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your jilliz Account registration details;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the Platform;
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes. Bank transfers are subject to standard banking hours and may take up to one (1) business day;
• jilliz reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and may hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours during such reviews.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jilliz is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and related regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). jilliz may refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction that raises AML concerns, and may report transactions to AMLC as required by law. Players are prohibited from using jilliz Accounts to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.

6.1  jilliz may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to separate terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from those bonus funds.

6.3  jilliz reserves the right to void bonus funds or winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting using multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors, or any other conduct that jilliz determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6.4  Players may participate in any eligible promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Multiple account creation to claim the same promotion is a violation of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.

6.5  Promotional offers are made available to Philippine residents using the jilliz Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. jilliz reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

7.1  All games available on the jilliz Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that game.

7.2  RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on jilliz are sourced from game providers whose RNG systems have been independently certified by internationally recognized testing laboratories. jilliz does not alter or influence RNG outcomes.

7.3  Live Casino. Live casino games are conducted using real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained live dealers in monitored studio environments. All dealing sessions are recorded. In the event of a dispute, jilliz will review the relevant session recording as the primary evidence.

7.4  Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jilliz will attempt to resolve the issue based on available game state data. Where a game state cannot be reliably reconstructed, jilliz reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance. jilliz shall not be liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7.5  Results displayed on the jilliz Platform are final once the applicable game's outcome resolution process has been completed. jilliz will not accept disputes regarding outcomes that have already been confirmed and settled.

8.1  The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21;
• Allowing another person to operate your Account on your behalf;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation must be reported and may be voided;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in multiplayer games;
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or any user's access to it;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

8.2  jilliz employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be notified of account action where it is safe and practicable to do so.

9.1  jilliz provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players, accessible at any time from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits to your jilliz Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may take up to 24 hours when increased;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for continuous play sessions, after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Checks: Opt into periodic notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of elapsed time and net win/loss position;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days — during which no logins or deposits will be processed;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the jilliz Platform for a minimum of 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.2  jilliz strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory KYC verification. We take the protection of minors seriously and will immediately suspend and investigate any Account where there is reason to suspect underage play.

9.3  jilliz supports PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Players are encouraged to review the responsible gaming information published by PAGCOR and to contact jilliz support if they require assistance with any of the tools described in this Section.

10.1  All content on the jilliz Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, game content, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the property of jilliz or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

10.2  jilliz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

10.3  You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of jilliz.

10.4  The jilliz name, logo, and all related product names and slogans are trademarks of jilliz. You may not use any jilliz trademark without our prior written permission.

11.1  The jilliz Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jilliz makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors, viruses, or harmful components.

11.2  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilliz shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
• Losses attributable to internet connectivity failures, device malfunction, or third-party service outages beyond jilliz's reasonable control;
• The accuracy, legality, or content of any third-party game software licensed to jilliz;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

11.3  Nothing in these Terms limits jilliz's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11.4  You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. jilliz is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through your legitimate use of the Platform.

12.1  jilliz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being operated by an ineligible person, including a person under 21 years of age;
• Prolonged account inactivity in accordance with the jilliz dormant account policy.

12.2  Upon Account termination for a material breach of these Terms, jilliz may, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations, withhold or forfeit Account balances where such balances are attributable to fraudulent or prohibited conduct. Balances not attributable to such conduct will be returned to the Player by the original deposit method following conclusion of any applicable investigation period.

12.3  You may request voluntary closure of your jilliz Account at any time by contacting our support team. Following voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

13.1  jilliz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at jilliz.club/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

13.2  By registering an Account, you consent to jilliz processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, game delivery, customer support, and regulatory compliance.

13.3  jilliz will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to: game providers necessary for game delivery; payment processors for transaction processing; identity verification providers for KYC; and regulatory authorities where required by law.

14.1  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2  Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the jilliz Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall first be submitted to jilliz's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

14.3  If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilliz's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may submit the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14.4  You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms must be brought in the Philippines. You waive any objection to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

15.1  jilliz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, jilliz will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

15.2  The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document. The current version of the Terms is always available at jilliz.club/terms-conditions.

15.3  Your continued use of the jilliz Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure pursuant to Section 12.3.
